While there is no immediate vacancy, roles are likely to become available later this year. We are also looking to connect with individuals who may be available to provide short-term classroom support when needed.

What you’ll be doing
As a Classroom Support team member, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning, engagement, and wellbeing, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment, which includes:
Supporting delivery of classroom activities and learning programs
Providing individual or small group support to students
Assisting in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
Supporting students with diverse learning, behavioural, or wellbeing needs
Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and administrative tasks
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring
Relevant qualifications or experience in education support, youth work, or a related field (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, supportive, and flexible approach
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge and experience of trauma informed practices and/or working with students with disabilities
Flexibility to provide support on short notice (desirable but not essential)
